From the earliest concepts through the final installation, Cora J Design + Build guides each phase with clarity, thoughtful oversight, and attention to every detail.
DISCOVER

This initial phase allows us to establish the vision, scope, and overall direction for the project before design begins.

DESIGN
Once the direction is established, we begin developing the complete design concept.
Architecture, space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, cabinetry, furnishings, and exterior elements are considered together so the project feels cohesive from room to room and inside to out.
Depending on the scope, this phase may include plans, elevations, CAD drawings, 3D renderings, material selections, custom details, and furnishing specifications.

REFINE
As the design develops, we refine each element and finalize the selections required to move confidently into construction and procurement.
This is where the larger vision becomes a detailed, executable plan—from stone and flooring to hardware, lighting, furniture, and custom finishes.
The goal is simple: resolve the details before they become decisions on site.
BUILD
A beautiful concept is only successful when it is executed beautifully.
Throughout construction, Cora J works closely with contractors, trades, vendors, and project partners to help preserve the integrity of the design and keep decisions aligned with the overall vision.

FURNISH + INSTALL
Once construction is complete, we turn our attention to the elements that create warmth, personality, and a sense of completion.
Furniture, lighting, artwork, accessories, window treatments, and styling are installed with the same level of intention as the architecture itself.
Where appropriate, custom furnishings and one-of-a-kind pieces are designed specifically for the space.
COMPLETE
The final stage is about refinement.
We walk through the completed project, address remaining details, and ensure the spaces feel cohesive, functional, and complete.
